They feel as if they have given up all they care to give up . May not be the majority of "preppers " but definatly a good amount. Average prepper is basically just hedging his bets. We have all witnessed generations of the silent majority before us ,it may  be that some are just not willing to be so quiet anymore.</p></blockquote><p></p>
