The Mrs and I went down to Turner Falls and Lake Murray area this weekend. Stopped at The Fireside Inn. It's located on the road that leads to Lake Murray Lodge. I highly recommend The Fireside. It's not your typical steak/potato/salad kind of place. What they offer and their attention to detail are a cut above. The prime rib could be cut with a fork and the ribeye was cooked to perfection. When I think about it, not one thing was average or below. Everything we had was pretty darn good.
Prices ran from about $15 to $40 a plate. I'd guess the average would be upper 20's per plate.
On a side note: Once again KC's BBQ (on commerce in ardmore) did not disappoint. Good ribs and good sauce. Good sides as well.
