Geez, according to mayor Bloomberg, I thought only INNOCENT PEOPLE were the only ones that get/got shot with handguns on the lib east coast(NY, NJ, CN, MD, etc). Heaven forbid that a shop owner would actually use a firearm to defend himself, his family and his shop against an armed robber.

Apparently all the shooting took place inside the jewelry store. There were two videos, only one has been made available for public viewing and the other is being used in the police investigation.

If the store owner shot the robber on his way out, this could be a game changer---something akin to the Jerome Ersland event. If it goes to trial, it will all boil down to the shop owner's defense attorney and the jury. Be sure and read the comments, sounds like that there are a lot of pro-gunners in NJ.
