I took my Air-King (ref 14000) to the Classen Curve location last July for that very reason, but I was told they only service 'newer' movements in house and they sent it to the Rolex service center in Dallas. They were very backed up at the time so the initial inspection and estimate took 5 weeks. They did a complete service on the 5500 time-only movement, and polished the case and bracelet for $749 which took 8 weeks. I got it back last October so I would guess any time-only movement should be about the same. I dealt with Mr. Hayward Rayford in the service department and he was 100% squared away. Hope this helps. (I double-checked my receipt and the service was actually $749. Post corrected)
