Roni Stoneman banjo player and Hee Haw entertainer passed away

Died at 85.
One of 23 children.
She played the banjo but I remember her as the character "Ida Lee" on Hee Haw, who grabbed a rolling pin or a skillet when her husband started talking trash to her.

The lady who cuts my hair was telling me one time about her grandmother. Her husband (the grandfather) died when she was about 32, leaving her with 12 children.

She said she was a beautiful woman, and she asked her once did she ever think about getting re-married after grandpa died? She said grandma just looked at her and said, "With twelve children??"

"Oh yeah. Never mind."

Hell, I woulda thought she was at least 100. She looked she was damn near 70 in the 70s!

Anyways, She was a hilarious gal and an incredible banjo picker. God rest her soul.
