Agreed. I don't think this one can be posted too much. Perhaps a Mod should merge the two threads, rename it to get more attention and make it a sticky!

It wasn't staged. USPSA DNROI and the USPSA .prez had an investigation going, IIRC the same day they heard about it.

When I first read the title, I thought the shooter did something that the RSO didn't correct.
