We need to market a device that is an interface between a dial-up phone and a cell phone. We could call it "The Geezer Guardian". It would allow you to keep their old familiar phone, but would use a cellular network.

Good riddance , my neighbors have one and every time we get the drive way resurfaced the line gets cut so then they get ATT to come out and lay a new one. To make things worse ATT puts those lines into the ground not even a foot deep so a box blade will inevitably snag it every time. Why anyone insists on having a landline now days is beyond me. If you have poor reception for cellular at home BUY A BOOSTER they work I used one for users in a remote location and it gave me 5 bars all the time when I would not have 2 bars without it . Fiber penetration is even making its way into the sticks now , or just get Starlink.

You guys think that's bad???

I'm still trying to get the blinking clock set on my old Magnavox VCR player set to the correct time.

Well, at least correct enough to match my 45 year old Timex wind up watch I bought at Sears at NW 23rd & Penn way back in the day when Shepherd Mall was the hoppin' place to go. Timex, takes a licking and keeps on ticking! Made in America!

Dang modern technology! Whatever happened to the old Drive In Movies???
