Sam's Club Pelican "Like" Cases

How did you cut it out? Have the case from Sam's (wow....solid) and the hyskore will be in Friday or Monday.

Electric knife like you use in the kitchen works really great cutting them out.

I got my Hyskore Pistol Rack in the mail today.
I'll cut the foam this weekend.
Now, I just need to get 5 more 1911s.

I cut mine out today. the top layer is the peel and pluck type of foam. I plucked/cut out the top layer, marked the two bottom layers with chalk, using the top layer as a templet. The electric knife made easy work out of the two bottom layers.
I bought two other cases for a buzzer set I use at work. So, I have 4 extra pieces of foam.

Nope. One I bought at a gun show. It worked but looked like crap.

Ive used a bread knife cutting and shaping swimming pool noodles so that might work on soft foam too if someone does not have a fancy lectric knife.
