Enclosed check for $3800. Copy of same expired FFL. Instructions to send Wally gift cards, after cashing check, keep asking price on gun, shipping and $100 "for my trouble".</p><p></p><p>Called ATF. They said it was State matter.</p><p>Called OSBI. They said it was local matter.</p><p>Took it all to PD, they laughed, took everything and said they would send it to OSBI.</p><p></p><p>Never heard back.</p></blockquote><p></p>
