Years ago, my boys were in a Scout troop that had a troubled kid for a while. This boy, at 12 or 13 seemed unusually dangerous to me and other dads. I can't even recall or describe what it was about this kid that alarmed us like it did. The scoutmasters made him leave after all helpful attempts failed. As I understand it, this young man is now grown and incarcerated somewhere. But at that early age, we could all see the danger in him and it was pretty frightening. In this young man's case, his problems exceeded what parents and involved adults could help. I'm glad that it seems to have worked out as well as possible, tRidiot. You've got a good teaching opportunity with your youngster.
