Depending on what school and what district it's in. Here in Shawnee we have a school out in the country called south rock creek that is public yet is a very good school. And it's very tough.
I hope that your son is ok and that this crap stops. I think you are handling it about as good as you can. I know just pulling him out of the school probably isn't the easiest thing to do but if nothing changes it may be the best thing. I know if I was paying money for my son to go to private school and this crap happened he would be out of the school. Public school isn't as bad as some say. Depending on what school and what district it's in. Here in Shawnee we have a school out in the country called south rock creek that is public yet is a very good school. And it's very tough. Even more so then when I went there years and years ago. And I know they don't put up with this crap. Most parents know each other and many of the kids know each other very well. It was the main thing I loved about it, the family feel. I definitely would let give up on it no matter how much they try and blow you off. I'm sure you telling them you are gonna pull your son out will do something because they don't want to lose that income that he generates. Good luck with this. I'll be praying for y'all.
