Message: <blockquote data-quote="kingfish" data-source="post: 3807939" data-attributes="member: 50496"><p>This should set a clear precedent for lower courts that the elected by the people members of Congress are the ones to set the regulations in this country, not some unelected unaccountable bureaucrats in the various alphabet agencies.  This includes the BATFE.  As far as I'm concerned this invalidates any regulations put in place since the Gun Control Act of 1968.  But they won't let a little inconvenience like a SCOTUS ruling slow them down.  They will keep on making new rules then the process of challenging them in court begins and will be enforced until told otherwise.</p></blockquote><p></p>
