I'm not sure now if my joke was not a real resolve. Take any that are serious and/or repetitive criminals and give them a job. As an example, their drone ship, should always be the leading ship that continually zig-zags in front of the main fishing fleet of trawl netters. It should be propelled much like a jet drive boat. Their ship, The Maestro Cebo (loosely translates to Chum Master), designed with breakaway deck and an unusual shaped hull to accommodate an eight foot diameter auger should be approved on it's maiden voyage with the current administration aboard.
