Muh allergies are awful! I pretty much carry a roll of paper towels around; those little flimsy Kleenex things get blown to bits when I honks muh snozz.

I take the generic Singular along with a zyrtec. Haven't had hay fever in a few years. It's good get those two weeks of fall weather back.

Take the Zyrtec, skip the singular. Took it for about 5 years. Best thing I did was getting off that. It's now got one of the FDA's strongest warnings. And allergy season has sucked this year. I just stayed in today with the air conditioner go full blast.

I used to have terrible allergies all through school one side of my nose would be plugged up and the other side runny.

Dad smoked and after I moved out the wife smoked.
When she quit and I quit hanging out at smoky places my nose had 2 working nostrils.

I do not get allergies bad like I used to ..Maybe I am lucky.
I do not hardly eat bread maybe a soda every other day..No coffee I drink a lot of milk and water.
Over 1/2 gallon of water a day and sometimes 1.5 gallons if I am sweating a lot outside.
3 days and sometimes 4 days to polish off a gallon of milk.
I salt my food to replenish my salt and eat a banana a day or sometimes 2.
I will eat 1/2 of it and save the other 1/2 for later.

I eat meat, lots of eggs and fruit juice occasionally.
Meat and vegies.

Some people have wheat allergies.
I think our diet could be causing some of our issues.

Onions I eat those often but not the salmonella ones that are currently kicking booties.
