It kinda looks like he's an old NRA style .22 pistol shooter shooting a postal match. He's been watching Olympic shooting.
He needs to send that 45 to me until his meds come in. Not sure why he things the concrete pad might attack him but that's the only reason I can think of to have his finger on the trigger all that time. Oh yeah, apparently he's prepping for duck season as he does the same thing aiming at the sky that I sure would get out of the shooting area. If you're stupid, don't make vids.
