When we went to the range yesterday, most of it was spent with the little Bersa Thunder 22.

This also made the trip for the first time in a long long time. It is an older 3" model 36 "Chiefs Special". Fun to shoot and they look so good.

No dash....just "MOD. 36" It has been around since I can remember as a little kid and Im 42 now.

Also, for my curiosity, what is the best way to know the date of manufacture?

Bottom of grip is `43Jxxx

Yep thats a classic, and its even a tapered barrel instead of the later heavy barreled models. You really need a black Tyler T-grip, but thats just my opinion.

Oh yeah, a Tyler T would make that thing even more of a beauty! Very nice.
