Alright OSAers. Share 'em here. I've never been much of a New Year's Resolution guy. I've always said if it's that important, than it's important enough to start now insteakd of waiting until January 1st. However, my belly would show how that approach has worked out for me so far. :-) I've decided that maybe Jan 1 is a good starting point and I might as well try it now. Here's my list. 1. Set an alarm and wake at a specific time each day in order to spend time reading the Bible and in prayer to start my day. I work from home and normally don't wake until about 7-7:30 then just need to head straight into the office and get to work. 2. Treat my body like a temple. Not setting some number of pounds or foods to stay away from. Rather, I want to run my decisions of how I treat my body through the filter of does this honor God and treat my body as a temple. This includes food, exercise and dumping snuff. 3. Pray with my wife each day. I always pray in the evening with my kids but normally don't do this with just my wife.
