Sure in these times of uncertainty you may be able sell quickly maybe even make a buck, but at what cost? Will you be able to replace in the future? Will you be able to replace it for what you sold it for? I'd look to a credit union for a small personal loan, or get a zero or low interest credit card to bridge the gap in finances. I sold my first AR when things got a little rough and I was struggling putting car work on a credit card while I had a 1000 gun in the safe. So I sold it and paid my bills. I have since had the money to replace it but with other obligations in my life i don't think it would be responsible at this time. Still wish I had it and it is my biggest regret in buying selling and trading guns. Had I financed the work rather than paying cash, by now the card would be paid off and the ar would still be in my closet .

Just something to think about before you sell
I think the fact that you are asking is enough doubt to sell it. Picture your closet, safe without it. Now picture it without those other guns you speak of. Which puts a bigger pit in your stomach? I would suggest looking at some creative financing and keep your guns if that is possible in your situation. Had I financed the work rather than paying cash, by now the card would be paid off and the ar would still be in my closet :(. Just something to think about before you sell
