My first semi auto pistol was a Sig Pro. I played "ring around the rosies" with pistols for a long time, and owned a Sig 228 for a while that I LOVED, but someone told me that to shoot IDPA you needed a Glock or a 1911, and I believed them...... Well after being given a 1911, I decided to sell my M&P 40 and give Sig another try. I really feel like I shoot this pistol better than most, and maybe it's because I have never put enough time into the other guns, but to be honest, nothing feels this good in my hands, except my 1911. They sit in an interesting place in the pistol world, seems like you either have one 9or several) and love them, or have heard of them, but never really tried one. The DA/SA used to bother me, but after a ton of dry firings, I am to the point of almost wanting my gun DAO, it's that smooth. Here is my Sig 2022, it's my daily carry and seems to just shrug off the dirt and grime it gets covered in. My only complain is that I wish the slide was easy to disassemble and clean, but that may just be me being a bit OCD/paranoid about cleaning it. So let's see your Sig Pistols, and I would love to hear your thoughts on the niche that Sig's occupy in the pistol world. My next Sig will probably be a 226, or a 220, really would love a 220 SAO... The holster in the pic is by F3 Holster, made by OSA's chris_edw by the way. http://www.f3holsters.com/index.html
