I had a friend who opened a small business in the area taking a chance that the Aquarium would go in. But instead of bulldozing the whole area and putting in something that would bring economic prosperity to the area they went with public housing. Shortly after it was announced Jenks won the aquarium he moved his business out of the area. Wal-mart at 71st went away shortly afterwards as well if I remember right.</p></blockquote><p></p>
