What do I need to purchase, besides the service time to put satellite radio in the house.

Ever where I look it says add acessories but, no specifics. sheesh......

You will need a receiver or a kit to convert a car receiver into a home receiver.

External antenna is a must for great quality and reliabilty of signal.

I had XM, same difference. You can find receivers with mail in rebates that make them pretty much free, just look around. I have a Roady2 that worked great. Just have to activate the subscription. Most come with external antennas that work fine. Dont bother with the fm modulation, its crap. Use a direct auxiliary input if you have one. If not pay a little extra for one that plugs into the antenna input under the dash.
