I grew up in Houston and gravel trucks were two guys in the back of a pickup. The whole area closed for days! No one knew how to drive and no equipment means full stop. Then, 100+ in the day?  Open the windows (no a/c) and put up fans, school is open!  Now school is optional no matter the weather and everyone gets a passing grade no matter who.</p></blockquote><p></p>
