The cut forehead and black eye are definite indicators to be looking for a possible neck injury. I was in an accident about thirty five years ago and received a neck injury that I didn’t know I had at the time. About twelve years ago I started to have numbness in my hand and fingers and had to have surgery in my neck. They replaced C5 and C6 with cadaver bone and installed a steel plate. I’m sure that the time to go after the driver who was at fault has long passed, but the point is to get checked out and be sure.
