The LEO had no legal reason to ask the jogger to drop the weapon on the ground and be cleared.
If it was a mutual agreement, I'm OK with that. I'm only concerned about the legality of this incident. The gun owner could have refused and continued on his jog. Oklahoma is NOT a stop and identify state merely to satisfy LEO curiosity.
