They close late at night, open early to keep the wear and tear off them. New HOA board is closing them earlier now but they were constantly breaking. Not designed for the number of cycles we put them through. Since my original post we have had one home invasion, and another break in where the residents were not home and their car keys stolen from inside the home. There have also been multiple other cars stolen and burgled.</p></blockquote><p></p>
