Did. Broke off my Allen key in it. Couldn’t get it out, tried opening things up a few thousandths, after some time I've ended up with a cratered mess. Tried turning it with a chisel, all kinds of crap. I’m about to take it someone and chop the rear piece the trunion attaches to out and get a new one riveted in.
