Someone tell me what these are?

Otters, they travel in groups more than mink as fas as I know. I've trapped/snared exactly one of each years ago, and the otter was WAY bigger than the mink. Plus otter tails kinda taper off their body as seen in that pic, where a mink is built more like a squirrel, and not much bigger than a big fox squirrel

One of my kids did a class project on Otters and one of the cool things we learned was that they are known to travel well over 10 miles while foraging.

I’ve heard that they’re making a comeback and know folks who have seen them on the Deep Fork but would never have guessed that they made runs across country.

They are otters. I had one in my 1/4 acre pond in SE Okla and it was going to town on my fish. It were apparently traveling up a creek and found my pond.
