My truck is an Auto, Your vehicle just needs to not use a "Button" to come out of park. I know tundras' and tacomas will work.

You could possibly work a trigger into the front of the grip where the index finger is in the 3rd pic, to act as the button?

Sorry too many different options out there to try and account for, for the non button crowd it is as simple as changing thread pitch on the adapter for the different vehicles.

Dodge had pistol grip shifters in the late 60's. This is the next step I guess.

They were oem. The ones I saw were a vertical grip of chrome with wood on the sides. Hurst could have made them.
