They knocked the prices on items down so that they could include the tax and it be at regular price. Possibly taking a hit while doing so too.

Not sure what is conflicting. All prices include tax. Which means you pay the price advertised. TCP pistols are 180 out the door. Pmags are $10 out the door. I am covering the tax on all purchases making purchases tax free to the consumer.
