Since I'm done working I don't even worry about my body clock anymore. Matter of fact, I don't worry about any clock anymore since I smashed my alarm clock with a ball pen hammer.
Or was it a sledgehammer?
Im the same way didnt know it would be so easy but after 2 weeks i started sleeping whenever i wanted to and getting up when i wanted to and taking several naps in between, quit wearing a watch i still catch myself looking at a naked wrist from time to time.
