But no small business owner can slash prices yet add on to the facilities... That math doesn't add up. I know there has to be a plan, but a hint other than "urge our legislators to allocate $10million immediately" didn't lend any confidence when the revenues will be cut all the same. I'm curious to see what obvious cuts will come to pay for it... Or if this is what the lottery shell "rainy day fund" will be paying for.</p></blockquote><p></p>
