Clinton tried it and the courts shut him down. That doesn't mean he won't try some type of "reclassification" under existing law. I don't think it will be anything like an assault weapons ban, but maybe he could go after lead in ammunition or make things tougher in some other way. Either way, nothing is likely to happen immediately as there will likely be an injunction if he tries anything drastic and it will have to make its way through the courts.</p></blockquote><p></p>
