I have 5 Stealth cams no glow wi fi cameras that periodically need attention from the customer service reps. I am finding that the average wait on hold is 45 minutes to 1 hour to get a live person. Then if the rep tells you that they will check on something for you and call you back.....they DONT. This is starting to be a BIG waste of my time to get something simple fixed or updated. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Mine are not cellular cams though.
This is the key. Adding the cellular components seems to be the aquilles heel for some of these camera companies.

Twenty years ago plus or minus, my brother cobbled together a few home brew game cams with random parts he bought off the internet, and they worked great. With the technology of components being twenty years more advanced, there’s really no excuse for these camera companies to be having the problems they are unless it’s just a case of sh*tty quality control.:anyone:
