Didn&#039;t swing the plates much, and as soon as the plate got beat up, we just added another plate.The hardware store chains took the worst beating with bullet splatter.We had a jib crane at work that went up in smoke, so I salvaged that high strength chain, and fixed that problem.that AR500 plate isn&#039;t cheap.</blockquote>
