Personally I would never leave a gun in my vehicles overnight at all. If you’re out running around town and go someplace where you can’t carry, then leaving it in there is one thing. Then if you find out that your gun has been stolen you report it immediately. I know that even if it’s locked up in any way if someone has the time and wants, it will get it. I just don’t like the practice of keeping a gun in the car. My wife does now and again, but we live in the country with a fence and 2 big dogs. I don’t like her to do it, but there is sometimes when I don’t know she has put in the truck. Also if we have it in the truck when we get out and can’t or don’t want to carry it we lock it up in the center console or glove box.</p></blockquote><p></p>
