Wouldn't it be cheaper to put a Geissele S3G in and shoot everything?
My S3G fires allhard primers and all the other improved triggers I tried(about 6) had about 30% failure to ignite with hard primers.
That's why I no longer use cassette or triggers from makers that use weak trigger/hammer springs to achieve "lightened" trigger weights.
Geissele re engineered the engagement surfaces (and still uses mil-spec strength trigger/hammer springs)instead of taking the easy way out with weaker springs

Are you running the lighter spring version(3.0 to 4.0) or heavier spring version (4.5 to 5.5) on your trigger?

The issue that Russian 5.45 primer stuff Sgammo had that I bought a bunch of. My 3.5lb black rain will shoot them just not consistently. I haven’t tried it in the lwrc piston, but it has a 2 stage larue so not sure it will hit hard enough with a 2lb breaking pull, though one may not have anything to do with the other. Though I figured they would. I will give it a go and see. I don’t own a lower besides the lwrc I can swap it all out for. The cassette black rain lower needed oversized pins and I think would be a pain in the ass to take apart. Easy to just build one with a power hammer spring is my thinking.

I would definitely try the LaRue trigger. It is my understanding that they have a standard hammer spring and don't have a problem with hard primers.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.

I'm running the S3G heavier(standard) trigger spring in my 7.62x39 AR's and I specifically tried a Black Rain Ord trigger on the Gold tiger 7.62x39 ammo, known to cause fits even AK's and especially in AR's. Even with the extended firing pin the BRO, POF, Timney AR10 cassete typ TG's ALL had about 30% failure to fire.
LaRue wouldn't even talk to me(reply) about using their trigger on 7.62X39 ammo(so I didn't buy one and did not try).
At least the others said, "oh yeah, our trigger work with hard primers" but they didn't work.
