[QUOTE="neginfluence04, post: 1332707, member: 2312"] I use to be one of those fatties. One day i jumped on the scale was 355LBS with 47% body fat and said enough was enough. Started running, biking, & lifting heavy ass weights 5 days per week. Now I'm down to 281LBS with 27% body fat and work out 7 days per week. I still have a ways to go and would like to still lose about 40 more lbs. You can't make a fat person healthy they have to make them selves healthy. It feels amazing that i can run 5 miles straight with out stopping or bike 15-20 miles in 1 hr. Not to long ago i would get winded walking up the stairs. I made a promise to my self that i will hit 240LBS and 20% body fat by FEB if it kills me. Old habits die EASY if you just make an attempt to change.
