I've got this one and like it very much.

Most of their stuff is Tactical Tailor over runs/seconds.

+1 on GreyGhostGear, I also have the Assault Pack, except in Kryptek; a little pricier right now because its new:

Although it looks like you might want their legacy three day pack instead(based on your other selections), because I think its a little bigger than the assault packs.

Mil-Spec Monkey just released their new pack (collab with Tactical Tailor). $99 and made in the USA - I'm looking hard at it (I was originally looking at the Grey Ghost Gear pack as well but I'm a huge fan of Tactical Tailor and this MSM pack looks super-versatile.

If you've got the money to spend on it, the Eberlestock backs are great. But they are more expensive than the other bags you listed. If you want to take a look at them to see why they cost so much more at least, we have a selection of them in stock. We also have some nice bags from people like Condor for you to look at.

I picked up a black Kelty Redwing 44 last week to carry my work laptop, notebook, lunch, EDC items, etc. It is working out nice, though I did remove the hipbelt so that it's not as bulky and "outdoorsy-looking". I had bought a Swiss Gear laptop bag a few days earlier but returned it because the Redwing was alot more comfortable, functional, and capable of carrying heavy loads if I need to.

Anyone going to put a hydration pack on theirs?

I was actually figuring how cool it would have been to have one of those when I was younger in college. I could have put beer in it and walked around at parties without going back to the bar all the time. :)

Seriously, the only difference in this and the GG is the shock cord.

I was looking at both and starting to come to the same conclusion (Couldn't get the link to come up for GG's detailed specs at first, but finally did), but that means that either GG is sub-contracting theirs out to Tactical Tailor (TT makes all their stuff in-house and isn't a company that steals designs - and I don't know that they license their products out either) or they're both sharing the same design.

I've seen Coded-Dude's GG pack and am probably going to pick up the MSM Adapt-Pack so I'll be able to compare and take pics the next time I see him.

Upon further inspection, it looks like Tactical Tailor works closely with Grey Ghost Gear and GG's Lightweight Assault pack is really just a slightly different version of TT's Removable Operator Pack (which is what MSM used in their collab - but made a few very minor changes).

All appear to have very subtle differences, but are based off of TT's design.
