Get off my lawn.
For a .22 can, you're looking at 250-600 plus 200 for the transfer tax.
Here are the MSRPs (approximately) for some of the more popular .22 cans.

Tactical Innovations Tac65 - 250
Silencerco Sparrow - 450 *One I would look at for the features, nice cans.
YHM Mite - 250
YHM Stainless Mite - 290
AAC Pilot - 350
AAC Aviator - 400
AAC Element - 600
SWR Warlock - 400
SWR Spectre - 500 * would be my choice (full auto rated, take apart, all SS)

you should tell the neighbors to cover half of your cost :D

That's a good idea!

Neighbors whining about .22 plinking? Wow... To be honest, that's really asinine.
I mean, really, you could fill a book with all the things louder than a .22 that could be heard in the same place. You need to invest in a .300 win mag. A few shots of that and they'll be begging you to bring back the .22.

Sounds like THEY need to "CAN" it. /bad joke /rant
