Not bashing the OP, since he copied/pasted this headline from a "news" source. . .but this is typical. To the reader, it says "since gun sales are up so much, and thus resulting gun violence is also surging, the SCOTUS will hear a CCW case".

Except that every peer-reviewed study has shown that more guns does NOT cause more gun violence.
