Received a telephone call last week from a man who said he was in the area and wanted to sell me some gravel for my drive. The number he called from was a San Antonio area code. Never heard of the company he mentioned and couldn't find it on a Google search. The price he quoted was twice what it really cost. My son was coming home from school and saw a flat bed truck drive to the end of the street and pull in my drive. He pulled in behind the guys not knowing who they were. My son gave the guy my phone number for the call. I spoke with a neighbor who said no one came to his house to solicit. Either "gypsies" from out of town trying to scam or someone casing the place. Sure didn't feel right. Now the alarm is set every time we leave and the protection is a little closer at all times. Anyone else have this happen?????
