I eat out late a lot, on purpose, because we like the late crowd. We try to be done by closing time, but even if I'm not, and certainly during a late lunch, if someone starts cleaning the floor, unless it's a fast food place, I'll ask for a manager every time. You don't have to be crappy about it. All you have to do is ask if running the vacuum around my table or causing a horrible ruckus can't wait until after I finish my meal. I've always been polite, and I've never gotten a rude response.I'd have asked to speak with a manager, but that's just me.</blockquote>
