It is not an automatic so once every 3 years it winds up going off for a battery replacement to their USA authorized service center in new jersey(Tulsa has no authorized TAG technician even at moody's their retail outlet here)I had a case seal issue even though I was not the original purchaser because it is an authentic TAG they warrantied it free of charge, the person it was purchased from received it as a gift and did not like it so sold it within 3 months of it's purchase date. I like the watch style and TAG has been top notch the couple of times I have dealt with them. I have no experience with their automatic lines</blockquote>
