Took my TX22 and my G44 out this morning.. Shot some Aguila Super Extra Lead RN 40gr and some Norma Tac22 Lead RN 40gr The Taurus ate both of them but had a few failures to feed with the Norma. The Glock did absolutely terrible with the Norma but did better with the aguila. Had some stove pipes. Both pistols shot both ammo accurately. I think copper plated is the way to go for both pistols but I just had to do some testing to see how they would do with this lead stuff. Brother was In town today and went with me and is a Glock guy. He was even impressed with the Taurus and mentioned how good it felt in the hand. He lives close to an Academy and is maybe going to get one. Gonna clean both guns and oil them real good and Next time out I may run the Taurus and Glock with some Federal Champion bulk pack copper plated 36gr stuff and see how they do. As of right now if I buy any more Norma it will be reserved for my Ruger Wrangler. The more I shoot the Taurus the more I am thinking about selling the 44 back to @pstmstr 🤣
