Also, Bugatti is not really what I would consider “production” or “affordable”. Small scale, extremely specialized production.

Nah. Not taken that way. Just letting my critical/cynical side back out.

I was thinking about it some more, and it technically is production. Just not mass production. To that end the Daniel Defense Wave suppressor is the same.
