If anyone lives in or near the Clinton area and would like a great holiday dinner alternative to turkey... then don't forget about Jigg's Smokehouse located a few miles west of Clinton-- just off of I-40. They will be smoking hams and will also have some great sausage, pork ribs & beef.
I plan on stopping by there to pick up several pounds of brisket, some chow chow and BBQ sauce. They also have some of the best beef jerky you will ever eat. Well worth the drive! You can't beat their sandwiches.
