Hey All,
Well its that time allready. You know, those fabulous family get togethers with family and friends.
There is just one part of this that.......is it just me,or does this happen to everyone??
You know, that relative ( spinster aunt, house full of cats-sister inlaw, glasses so thick on aunt Eva you can see your reflection in them)...that causes concern with the food they bring.
WHY can't they BUY the food they bring?? Am I the only one that has elderly or going blind relatives that cook that.......Hmmm....questionable food(poison)!! Then sit next to you waiting for you to eat it as the discussion begins!! The ones that bring a boatload of cookies....and YOU know dang well, those cats have been crawling all over that kitchen that they made those cookies!!
How about the relative that mixes up catsup for strawberry syrup or mistakes mustard powder or alum for some other ingredient!!!
No harm intended.....just remember Cohiba tomorrow trying desperately to get the dog to eat his food, paying his nephews to eat my second helping on his plate, or me trying to find an indoor plant that I can put some food in the soil!!!
