If your mind and heart are in the right places, it can be done almost gladly. I haven't done this fast but it sounds pretty strict about not eating meat or anything favorable. I might try a getting some good bakery bread, rice, beans, potatoes and soy beans. It certainly will be a tough thing to do but it's not a real fast unless you sacrifice and suffer just a bit.
