The 283 currently in the car (coming out this weekend) is a slightly later unit and has provisions for side motor mounts though it’s currently mounted with front mounts. I pulled out the old school bell housing/frame horn mounts in prep to remove the engine. These definitely won’t be going back in. It’ll have a transmission cross member instead.
