Fastest car I've been in was a 69 Chevelle a guy had in High School. It was a RPO that was ordered with
no power steering. 396/375. He blew that up and ordered a factory L88. 427/??? depends on who you talk to. It was scary.

I 've read too many accounts of the Detroit race scene back in the day to think a stock hemi had a chance against all the factory cars being tested on the street at that time. My cousin's stock 69.5 440 6 pack Road Runner was a faster car by all the tests I've read.

Lots of purse swinging going on in that thread . I appreciate the car for the fact its a very rare option package from the factory . No way no how its a racing legend from a time when giants were wandering the streets of Detroit taking heads .
